Steps to access local PostgreSQL from the internet
Step 1: Download LocalXpose
Package manager for Linux
$ snap install localxpose
$ npm install -g loclx
Debian

Binary download for Linux
Step 2: Start your PostgreSQL server(e.g. localhost:5432
)
Step 3: Run LocalXpose form your terminal and point it to your PostgreSQL local address
$
loclx tunnel tcp --region eu --port 5432 --to localhost:5432
